Claims Prevention Representative

Principle Duties:

(1) handle processing of freight claims; (2) establish corrective measures to eliminate loss, theft, misrouting and damage of freight; (3) facilitate training and education to personnel in proper procedures for claim prevention and handling; (4) provide customers with information for request concerning inspection reports and general overage, shortage and damage procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum age: 18
2-3 years of quality assurance or OSD experience and willing to work a non traditional schedule
Must read, write and converse in English sufficiently to comprehend OSD guidelines and communicate with co-workers and customers


Preferred Requirements:

High school diploma or an equivalent
