Multi-tasking administrative assistant with telephone presence and personality is who we seek.  A go-getter with reasonable typing skills coupled with understanding of MS Office programs of Outlook, Word and Excel are the most important and Internet browsing capabilities are a MUST!  We are an environment that likes to work hard during business hours of 8 to 5, Monday thru Friday, and we also know how to play hard in rewarding ourselves for jobs well done!  We are casual business dress.  We are looking for that team player that will help drive the success of our office through assistance and support of our Account Executives.  Position primarily consists of:

 15%:  incoming phone calls, directing to associates

 10%:  outgoing calls, follow up calls, reference checking, degree verification, etc.

 25%:  internet research, browsing for leads

 25%:  typing, filing, spreadsheets and Word documents of resumes, etc.

 25%:  database entry and maintenance
