Clerical Assistant (Customer Service, A/P, A/R)

Located in Haverhill, MA, Baril Die Co., Inc. is an ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003 certified facility specializing in Die Cutting, Laser Cutting, Laminating and Contract Manufacturing Services to the Medical Device, Life Science, Diagnostic, Military, Aerospace, Electronics, Automotive and Filtration Industries. Baril Die Co. is looking for a Clerical assistant to work in busy office.  Will assist with clerical duties associated with Customer Service, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions.  Need to be able to work in a fast paced environment dealing with both internal and external contacts. 

Duties include:

? Answering basic incoming Customer Service calls.

? Entering job travelers/tickets into production management software (VISTA).

? Entering, printing, and mailing Accounts Receivable invoices on a daily basis.

? Entering Accounts Payable invoices on a daily basis.

? Filing job travelers/tickets, invoices, payable, and purchase orders.

Work experience requirements:

? Minimum 3 years data entry experience.

? Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook.

? Excellent typing and data entry skills.

? Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.

? Ability to work effectively and accurately under time limitations.

? Good verbal and written communication skills

? Professional business demeanor and appearance

Education requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent GED.  Courses beyond high school in business or accounting systems preferred.
