Clerical - Data Entry - Flexible Hours

Hawkeye, a leading provider of construction and maintenance services for the utility industry, has an immediate need for an individual to assist our Payroll and Accounting departments. This position is located in our Suffolk County (Hauppauge) headquarters.

 

This position is responsible for entering payroll and other accounting data into various software systems, completing Unemployment Claims and filing. Other responsibilities include performing clerical projects for our Payroll Manager and providing back-up support in other General Accounting areas.

 

The position is designed to be Full-time (Monday - Friday), however, we will consider other options. Monday and Tuesday are the heavisest volume days and must be part of the work week.

 

Prior general office experience preferred. Good communication skills and a willingness to assist where needed is required.
