In this role you will be responsible for the following:Handle all aspects of support and setup for new and existing clientsRecommend and develop improved procedures to ensure a consistently positive experience for every client every timeTracking and monitoring each new client?s progress during setup and installation to ensure that no step is over looked and no promises are unfulfilledGenerating daily reports regarding the status of new client?s setup and installationAssemble and send Marketing Packets to new prospectsCoordination of weekly WebEx TeleconferencesBe an integral part of a fast paced team?we will all succeed through the success of each individual team memberTHIS POSTITON REQUIRES COMPREHENSIVE UNDERSTANDING OF BASIC COMPUTER USE

 

Minimum Requirements:Highly motivated, energetic with a very positive attitudeHighly motivated, energetic with a very positive attitude (this is not a typo)EXCELLENT PHONE AND VERBAL SKILLSDemonstrated strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and facilitation skillsExcellent / Demonstrated PC skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and InternetAttention to detail and ability to produce work quickly and accuratelyExcellent prioritization, planning, organization and time management skillsHigh school diploma (2 or 4 year college preferred)Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and react positively to pressurePrevious automobile dealership experience is considered a strong plusPosition is offered at $32 ? $50,000 per year. Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and previous salary historyWe offer Medical Benefits, 401K, Profit Sharing as well as tremendous room for growth within the company
