Client Management Support
REPORTS TO Director or VP of Client Management, WellCare
OVERVIEW Assist the Client Management team in providing superior customer service to our clients in addition to proactively optimizing administrative efficiency for the team.
DUTIES
? Collaborate with internal staff to meet customer and company requirements
? Interface daily with customers and their system users via email and phone
? Assist team with all client system backoffice functions such as running reports and posting custom content
? Identify issues or problems that are limiting customer satisfaction
? Research and compile information requested to support customer needs and account strategy
? Work efficiently both as an individual and as part of a strong team environment
? Perform other duties as assigned by the Director or VP of Client Management
SKILLS
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
? Ability to learn, retain, and apply considerable amounts of information
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
? Strong computer skills (Internet, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
? Proactive, customer-focused attitude
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
? Past customer service experience
? Experience as an Executive Assistant
? Experience working in Sales Team Support
