Client Relations Specialist

Our Hudson-based company is looking for unique individuals with the ability to successfully handle a fast-paced environment. Individuals must be non-smokers and possess the skills to handle multiple concurrent tasks while addressing client priorities effectively. This position works with clients on the phone and is responsible for prioritizing and monitoring details pertaining to client information accurately and efficiently. Individuals will also follow up with clients and focus on developing relationships.  Must have the ability to work well with a team yet be a self-starter. A consistent positive attitude is also required.

 

Excellent communication and organizational skills are key to success in this position.  Candidates must have extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook in addition to general computer knowledge and experience.
