Client Service Analyst

Major Duties and Functions Include:
Provides administrative and customer service to very large group insurance clients including problem resolution, implementation, customer service, account management and project management
Participates in initial strategy meetings, ongoing sales strategy meetings, and strategic planning process; responds to questions from proposal unit to complete RFPs; may participate in finalist presentations.
Provides support during implementation process by coordinating and participating in implementation meetings; creates implementation binders; sets up product and customer-specific processes and reports; creates and sends administrative manuals to customers; transmits FICA agency agreements and broker record agreements; sets up eligibility feeds; submits requests for state plan filings; completes contract request forms; sets up and coordinates banking relationships; works with marketing to develop communications materials and customized forms; reviews draft of contract documents; reviews customer's summary plan description; coordinates setup of online tools and trains customers to use; acts as liaison between constumer, contract unit, law development and others for requested contract changes; works with call enter to develop customer-specific processes and documentation; obtains customer signoff on claims and call center readiness; participates in audits/reviews of performance guarantees; maintains comprehensive contract files; participates in implementation team post mortem meeetings.
Provides ongoing administration to clients by handling daily requests; resolves customer claims issues; acts as liaison between customer and product and eligibility units; handles and manages tax inquiries from client; reviews absolute assignments and delivers for signature; processes conversions; checks SOH status upon request; participates in customer's enrollment/benefits fairs and coordinates with enrollment services; keeps FICA agency agreements up to date; sets up systems tools and processes changes (structure additions, cancellations, rates, team contacts, etc.); suplies customer with updated communication materials and forms; partners with call center to ensure customer satisfaction; participates in customer-driven audits and reviews; processes wire transfer from special funding agreements; leads customer-driven projects regarding service issues or new product services; maintains internal/external client specific logs
Provides ongoing customer delivery and client satisfaction by working wtih account team in handling escalated issues; participates in client meetings when appropriate; coordinates timely delivery of customer reports What You Need to Succeed:
