We are looking for a Client Service Assistant who is driven, intelligent, and hard working to assist with the coordination and management of client projects and build fantastic client relationships.

Position Summary
Support consulting engagements by providing ?top-notch client service? to clients and consultants, including:
Coordinate team schedule Enter, monitor and follow up on team and client activitiesSchedule and confirm conference calls and meetings as directed by CRM Update and maintain client files, binders, tracking forms and reports Prepare all client paperwork in preparation for client work blocks, meetings and calls (agenda, materials, etc.)Act as a secondary point of contact for all clients: intake, filter, and respond (phone & e-mail)
? Assist in the scheduling and preparation of speaking engagements
? Prepare marketing packets for speaking engagement
? Make travel arrangements
? As directed/needed work on firm organizational development projects/tasksBuild excellent client relationships by ensuring that client expectations are exceeded
The Client Service Assistant plays an essential role in successful consulting engagements, ensuring that the consulting team is leveraged and that other aspects of client engagements are effectively and efficiently handled. Position requires extensive use of CRM Software (Goldmine) to schedule, manage and follow up with projects.
Desired Abilities
History of success in project and client relationship management Knowledge of financial services and/or insurance industry a PLUS!! A quick learning curve and ability to think on your feet Strong intellectual, critical thinking, analytical and reasoning abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a demanding, detailed environment Exceptional administrative and organizational skills, with superior attention to detailSuperior communication skills, written and verbal Independent self starter who works well in a collaborative team environment Excellent computer skills, with knowledge of Word/Excel, willingness to become expert Ability to follow systems and processes
