GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
The Client Service Associate is responsible for the initial processing of clients? White Page and Yellow Page documents while adhering to deadlines and established company business rules.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Assist with special projects
? Monitor and manage daily workload, including deadlines for assigned projects
? Assist in maintaining efficient file management
? Research information to complete daily duties
? Proof completed work on a daily basis
? Print all queues for Order Management Department
? Process all mail received
? Process Credit Card payments
? Process all Checks received from Clients
? Update WFM as contracts come in to team
? Deliver incoming contracts and correspondence to appropriate dept. members
? Manage printing and filing of documents that come in via fax
? Retrieve Documents when requested
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIRED
? High school equivalent or beyond
? Ability to meet deadlines
? Basic knowledge of PC and database applications
? Clear written and verbal communication skills
? Customer service oriented
? Detail oriented
? Ability to multitask
? General office skills
