Client Services/Administrator

This position reports to the Regional Loss Prevention Manager and is located in our Irving, TX regional office. The office hours are M-F, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Job Purpose:
Provides administrative office support to the regional LP manager, other region staff and provides other customer support relating to Loss Prevention reporting and claim management.
Duties:
Input claims and payment of claims. deal with banks on a daily basis working with other admin executive. Managing large database.
-Compiles loss data into spreadsheet report formats and reports to the region and area management teams.
-Collects data from area management teams and reports to management and customers.
-Administers various LP recognition programs and communicates results to interested parties.
-Enters loss data into corporate applications and produces various, periodic reports and presentations.
Skills/Qualifications:
-Strong written and verbal communication.
-Analytical and reporting skills
-Advanced or above Excel, Word and PowerPoint product skills.
-Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative support role.
-Ability to type 60 wpm net.
