Description of the Position:

TouchStone Asset Management is seeking a Client Services / Office Manager in its office in Baltimore, Maryland, to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.  The position requires attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Be part of an exciting team by providing support for partners, senior managers and managers within the firm.  In addition to traditional duties of a client/ services/administrative assistant, the position requires knowledge of office procedures and business practices, and firm.Frequent interaction with firm leadership, partners and the clients of the firm requires exceptional professionalism and attention to detail, as well as creates unique opportunities for personal growth.

 

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

 

? Maintain meeting calendars and client database; Arrange travel and conference calls.

? Perform an organizational role and provide administrative support for Partners in the firm.

? Provide miscellaneous administrative support for other members of senior management.

? Manage general office. 

? Research and support institutional investors

? Certain duties in support of investment management team, including client presentations and investment research.

? Lead special projects; Recruiting and supervision of temporary staff.

 

Requirement:

 

The selected candidate must possess the following qualifications:

 

? Ability to handle multiple priorities.

? Ability to deal with all levels of internal and external personnel.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

? Bachelor?s degree is strongly preferred

? Experience in financial services or real estate would be a plus but not required.
