Client Services Associate

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience as a sales assistant with exposure to the financial services/retail brokerage industry. The primary responsibilities for this role will be to:
? Interact daily with prospective and existing clients and handle basic inquiries.
? Process and follow-up on client documentation to insure proper maintenance of accounts. This includes the creation and maintenance of client files.
? Receive and process securities.
? Perform other responsibilities are performed as deemed necessary by the Manager.


We are seeking applicants who share our commitment to professionalism and client service, possess strong communication skills and uphold a high standard of fairness and ethics in everyday words and actions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational and follow-up skills; have the ability to work in a team oriented environment; have hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and proficiency with Excel; and prior experience within the financial services industry, preferably as a sales assistant/client service associate. Bachelor's degree preferred; Series 7 and Series 63 registration is a plus.
