Job Responsibilities:

Reception duties
Ensure schedules are checked and conference rooms are set up, including audio/visual equipment, food, beverages, utensils and ice.
Clean up conference rooms after use and return property to vendors if necessary.
Ensure coffee is prepared and other beverages in each kitchen in the morning.
Ensure maintenance of kitchen and hospitality areas.
Communicate with client on job or deadline issues.

Prioritize work flow.
Assist in process improvement ideas.
Inform supervisor/manager of pertinent information.
All other duties as assigned.

Must be able to work standing up all or most of the time.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Ability to operate basic audio/visual equipment.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
