We are seeking career minded security system Project Managers and Service Technicians to fill immediate openings in the Greenville, South Carolina.

POSITION OVERVIEW: Ensure that Clients receive the benefits associated with their FOCUS? Support Services Agreements.  Assist in pulling reports, maintaining current Client data, and audit services provided to ensure that our Client obligations are being met.  Provide assistance with internal Client Services as needed.Audit proprietary database of Client service call entries looking for complete and accurate information. Audit preventative maintenance inspection entries in database to ensure they are occuring in accordance with Client agreements. Maintain after-hours call roster and reports. Conduct follow-up calls to Clients to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding Client expectations. Ensure billing opportunities are occurring accurately and in a timely manner for Clients paying on a time and material basis.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Fanatical approach to customer service Team attitude Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task PC skills and software knowledge, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook Ability to learn new software applications quickly Sense of urgency Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills Three years experience with Client Services, as an Administrator in a high-tech environment, or in an auditing role.  Experience in the security technology industry preferred.
