Client Services Manager

Adecco, the world’s global staffing leader, is currently seeking to fill the position of Client Services Manager with one of our top Honolulu clients. Qualified candidates will have strong MS Office and letter writing skills, a strong sales background, exemplary verbal skills and strong attention to detail. The right individual for this position must be confident and possess the ability to make tough decisions on their own. Under the direction of the Director of Client Services, the Client Services Manager will perform the following job functions:

1. Manages the performance of Client Services Representative(s) ability to provide professional client on-boarding of new clients and employees to include: employment data collection, clarification of services and contact information, enrollment and online solutions training and first payroll check off and follow-up.

2. Provides proactive services to clients regarding new services, changes in policy and changes in account status in an effort to ensure client satisfaction and compliance.

3. Manages the resolution of issues that escalate from other internal departments or direct client contact that may require concerted departmental efforts to reach an agreed upon resolution.

4. Contacts new clients per established goals set by the Director of Client Services to ensure a greater level of achieved client satisfaction in order to maintain a higher client retention rate.

5. Negotiates successful client contract renewals to include: Workers’ Compensation and service fee pricing, satisfaction survey and use of services assessment and the selling of new services.

6. Performs all other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
