Client Services Rep

Summary of Responsibilities

 

Accountable for efficient and effective processing and tracking of new business applications and completing all new business related activities in order to positively impact the business objectives that have been set for the firm.

 

Principal Responsibilities

 

Process new business applications for all lines of business, including term conversions, change cases and reissues.

Order and follow up on all new business requirements.

Track new business.

Track delivery, outstanding amendment forms and illustrations; Follow up on policy delivery logs.

Provide management with reports on the mill, outstanding post issue requirements and any commission information and/or issues.

Process AOC transactions.

Complete new producer replacement logs.

Complete and maintain all logs and blotters.

Process 10-Day Free Looks

Provide general administrative assistance as required by office management

 

Required Competencies

 

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail

Computer skills (Microsoft Office and Windows )

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Good organization skills and practices

Ability to adapt and work efficiently within a variety of situations
