Description:

Assist Financial Advisor in reviewing client accounts.

Answer phones, takes messages, respond to calls when appropriate

Communicate regularly with clients on items such as monthly statements; provide full customer service.

Type correspondence for Financial Advisors, following Firm guidelines.

Maintain files for Financial Advisors on clients and products.

Provide follow-up with clients and operations staff

Investigate and resolve operational problems.

Alert Management to policy violations, if applicable.

Perform other duties, as assigned by Management.

Minimum of 3 years financial service indusrty experience.

Knowledge of financial industry/products.

Knowledge of compliance rules and regulations.

Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients.

Willing to get Series 7 within one year.
