Administrative Assistant - Clinical Trials

The Clinical Trials Associate (CTA) is great entry position into Clinical Research. You will assist Clinical Project Managers with conduct of multi-center clinical trials, primarily administering the flow of documentation and reports. This is a great way to learn the critical aspects of conducting clinical trials from the ?ground floor? level. Responsibilities include:

- obtaining confidentiality agreements & submitting budget proposal requests,

- ordering supplies, including negotiations with vendors,

- collecting site regulatory documents

- preparation for IRB submissions, obtaining approved documents and forwarding to sponsor

- maintain regulatory documents file

- preparation of study binders and distribution to investigative sites

- development of standardized documents and tracking forms

The CTA also participates in Investigator meetings, tracks enrollment activities, follows up with monitors to address queries raised during data review process and assists in preparation of written communications for distribution to investigative sites and sponsor.

 

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry and/or sciences field preferred. General office skills, strong computer proficiency with MS Office pkgs, strong organization skills, detail orientation and polished communication skills required.  Degree in the sciences or health related field preferred.
