Collection/Credit Specialists

Recovery Specialists- Responsibilities include effectively collecting chronically delinquent accounts especially accounts greater than 6 months past due. These candidates will review accounts, set and maintain strict repayment arrangements, negotiate account settlements and/or make recommendations for accounts to be placed with outside collection agencies. Must have previous collection experience, professional phone manner, exceptional communications skills both verbal and written and the ability to work independently. Must be able to make good judgment and decisions in a fast paced environment. Basic PC skills and a high school diploma equiv. req. 

 

Fraud Specialist Assistants- Responsibilities include investigating suspected fraudulent activity, tracing delinquent accounts and placing accounts with outside agencies. The qualified candidates will have some previous collections experience and must be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills with superior organizational skills.  Basic PC skills and a high school diploma or equiv. req.
