About the Opportunity
RoadLink Services is looking for a few part time Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialists, who secure revenue; post customer payments and revenues; update receivables; maintain records; verify validity of account discrepancies; resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions; analyze collections; summarizie receivables.

 

This position is part time, 31 hours per week.  The department’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 6:00pm.

Full Time and advancement opportunities once sufficient experience developed.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

?  Build relationships with the accounts assigned

?  Learn the Roadlink A/R system  

?  Research invoices to resolve discrepancies and collect payment

?  Work with terminal managers to resolve billing problems for customers

?  Keep accounts current and within days outstanding goal   

SKILLS:

?  Aptitude for working with numbers

?  Ability to handle detail in a high pace environment

?  Multi-task…the ability to do several things at the same time

?  Ability to meet deadlines without supervision…self motivated

?  Strong and pleasant customer focus

?  Knowledge of Excel spreadsheet program
