This role is a combination of heavy collections of all delinquent accounts and reporting with documentation in ACT!, as well as administrative duties such as research, letters, and correspondence. In addition, possess excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to act as liaison between local and corporate offices. The ideal candidate will have prior collections exp., with an administrative background and knowledge of ACT! and WinFax.
