Commercial Banking Associate
Commerce Bank Commercial, Clayton Location. Day to day processing of commercial loan client requests including overdrafts, advances, pay downs on commercial loans; preparation of documentation requests; liaison to Loan Servicing for payments, collateral, and documentation requests; maintenance and calculation of client financial statements/covenants to support loan officers; handle credit inquiries for our commercial clients, assist with wire and depository transfers, stop payments, address changes/maintenance for clients; open new depository accounts; maintenance of various divisional reports, binders, filing systems; general telephone and administrative support (including BDEV) for 4 lending officers; occasionally prepares invitations, corporate events, responses for corporate outings; also provides backup support for other Metro commercial banking teams.
Minimum of high school diploma but some college courses in business would be desirable. 3 years experience in commercial banking support role is desired. Previous work experience in a financial environment or support role required. General computer knowledge including word, excel, PowerPoint required. Commercial banking systems including Shaw, ELAR, BDEV, CRISP, SANT, Intralinks, Websphere fraud system, Content Manager, and Laserpro desired. Professional image with strong communication skills. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
