Volo Communications, a major provider of an advanced suite of services that helps companies communicate and stay connected by effectively using their network and telephony connectivity to the world, is looking to expand its NOC (Network Operations Center) staff. 

Job Description:  Initial interface for all customer Help Desk inquiries. Answer phones and enter tickets into a Help Desk ticket tracking system. Ensure service calls from customers are resolved in a timely fashion, with emphasis on customer care. General administrative duties required with strong communications skills.

 

Requirements:  One year Secretarial/Clerical experience preferred.  Excellent verbal and written skills. Be able to monitor and manage multiple call lines and transferring calls to a tier one center. Be able to clearly dispatch calls and communicate status to all levels of management. Ability to operate efficiently under pressure and under time lines. Ability to prioritize tasks by business needs in a timely fashion.  Strong organizational skills with emphasis on detail and follow-up calls. General internet knowledge helpful.  Must have Microsoft Word and Excel and a variety of other applications.
