Community Manager

This position needs someone to participate in and oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans. There will be a lot of training in the first 6 months - 2 days per week in New Jersey and Pennsylvania areas. This is a business casual environment but you will need to project a professional image at all times. You will be responsible for marketing and leasing of all properties including new properties, assistance and oversight of employee training in the areas of marketing and leasing, on-going monitoring of occupancy trends and applicable participation in problem solving, administration of current internal community websites, assisting in the development of websites for new construction, evaluate, update and create advertisements for properties utilizing print, web-based and radio media, developing new and current property brochures, traveling to properties for necessary research and training, and assisting other members of the Property Management Team as directed or needed.

Qualifications :
The requirements of this position are a Bachelors Degree in Marketing or equivalent management experience of at least 5+ years is a MUST. Extended travel to sites including overnight stays will be required. Proficiency in Web Site Design, excellent written/oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer relations, organization and multi-tasking skills, time management, and team building. The physical requirements would be light work that may require, walking, stooping, crouching and lifting up to 10 pounds on occasion.
