Complex Data Entry Professional

Busy warehouse is seeking an experienced Inventory Clerk. Responsibilities will include: auditing incoming and outgoing orders for overages and shortages, checking against shipping and customer orders. Reporting shortages and providing follow-up to locate items on incomplete orders as well reporting damaged materials. Maintain accurate and up to date inventory at all times. Maintain the inventory system ensuring the inventory is completely cycled every 30 days. In addition, this candidate will provide administrative assistance which would include duties such as copying, faxing, filing and basic correspondence. All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.

Qualifications :
