Compliance Inspection, Administrative Assistant

Job Functions

 

? Prepares pre-inspection packets for use by Compliance Inspectors;

 

? Collects and records the results of compliance inspections;

 

? Prepares corrective action notifications or delivery to affected parties on issues resulting from compliance inspections;

 

? Tracks and reports to the Program Manager the certification progress of corrective actions completed;

 

? Collects data, prepares forms and reports, and coordinates schedules as directed;

 

Requirements

 

? High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred;

? 3+ years administrative experience;

? Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word;

? Knowledge of MS Access;
