Construction Billing Coordinator

The Southwest Regional office located in Frisco, TX location is seeking a Construction Billing Coordinator who is an organized self-starter who can prioritize responsibilities while being detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.  This position is responsible for ensuring that customers within a 7 state region are billed correctly at each phase of their construction and modernization contracts. 


Duties include maintaining a billing log, making necessary adjustments to customer accounts, monitoring and invoicing change orders, problem solving with customers about billing issues, and reviewing supporting documentation to assist in the administration of construction and modernization billing.


Minimum requirements are a high school diploma or GED, with some college coursework preferred.  Must have previous experience in a construction office environment and with construction billing documents such as G702 & G703.  Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.  Excellent analytical, problem solving, written & oral communication skills.  The ability to work efficiently with general contractors, sales people and branch personnel.
