Established Ajilon client seeks a fulltime Construction Coordinator in the Tacoma area. You will be responsible for preparing and tracking permitting packages, research constuction and building codes; coordinating the obtaining of bonds, permit fees and title reports, submittal of plans and documents to permitting agencies. Ideal candidate will have background in Construction related to design, permitting, and construction of residential or commericial buildings, and/or have worked for municipality with understanding of permitting process.For consideration email your resume to maureen.carpenter@ajilonoffice.com in Word format.
