Consultant-Sales Ops-Retail

Description:
Complete, analyze & communicate the results of the quarterly reviews for all Stores & Kiosks in assigned region
Report review trends and Identify viable options for improvement of those trends to Managers, RDs and Director as appropriate
Reviews store processes to ensure operational fraud protection compliance, day-to-day store issue resolutions
Prepare & distribute monthly reports (OCM/5star, CM, etc.), as well as any sub-reports, for both Stores and Kiosks
Participate in DM staff meetings and 1:1's quarterly
Analyze and interpret; then communicate, all Corporate, Area, and Marketing programs in such a manner as to reflect the necessary modifications/specifications pertaining to Ohio Retail.
Review & update M&P's as appropriate
Make recommendations to, and work with, Area Representatives to improve daily processes in the stores/kiosks
Acknowledge/respond to all field calls within 24 hours.
Manage personal projects as delegated by the Manager/Assoc Director of Store Operations and Director of Retail Stores.
Participate on Netace/I2K and OCM/CM Enhancement Teams
Complete required UAT testing for all Systems.
Participate on CVR Team: communicate results, implement process improvements, validate procedures and update M&Ps as necessary.
Identify various aspects of the coaching process that are in place within the retail environment to support key initiatives and recommend improvement opportunities and enhancements as appropriate. Co-facilitate ROW Training.

Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Conflict Management Skills
Presentation and facilitation skills
Excellent aptitude to problem-solve & make viable recommendations
Strong knowledge of Netace/I2K and web-based reporting
Knowledge of Netace/Vision helpful
Word, Powerpoint, Excel required
Consistent proven track record in current postion
