The IMO brand will represent the customer-oriented channel for wireless devices.  Focus will be on the customer experience including not only the broadest selection of handsets but complete guidance through initial activation with significant effort spent on ongoing sales and service.

 

A broad selection of applications and data tools with expertise on implementation and configuration will be available.  IMO uses proprietary web-enabled tools to help the customer navigate choices and configure their handset.

 

KEY QUESTIONS:

Are you an administrative professional with at least 2 yrs experience? Do you have content management experience along with technical experience (do you love cell phones, or consider yourself a computer guru)?  Do you desire a ground floor opportunity in the corporate office of a start-up organization that has already experienced proven success?   Content Administrator Requirements:

?  Research new phones being introduced by carriers

?  Establish/set up phones in custom web base online application system

?  Sweep phone detail of existing phones and plans for accuracy and changes

?  Assist in data entry

?  Have the ability to use scanning devises for quality prints

?  Assist with insurance program administration and reconciliation.

?  Research carrier sites for promotions and prices.

?  Assist Content Manager and Carrier Manager in any special projects as needed.

 

Additionally, an associates degree or equivalent is required with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
