Description/Requirements:
Seeking a Content Developer/Writer with HTML skills - need a writer first (someone who likes to write and understands the details and process of writing) and who has good technical skills with HTML
This Writer needs to understand and be able to troubleshoot technical issues, but be a writer at heart.
Need someone with sufficient technical skills and intermediate writing skills; someone who can handle the technical issues (not just creating web pages using FrontPage) but is able to hand-code HTML and has done so successfully
