Position is located in Lynchburg, VA.GENERAL SUMMARY
Primary customer interface for Latin American users and representatives. Coordination of export compliance issues.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLILITES
(Typical)Ability to converse fluently, in Spanish, with Latin American users and repsAbility to handle routine parts and unit quotationsInputs customer requirements into the ERP system.Interacts with customers to resolve outstanding issues.Keeps the customer informed of order status.Interacts with Engineering for customer ETO requirements.Effectively administer the company's export compliance in the facility Interface effectively with Corporate Export Compliance.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
? Fluent in Spanish
? Demonstrated technical ability ? can be trained to handle routine quotations
? Proficient with common computer tools ? Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Email
? Customer Focused
? Works under limited supervision
? Have a familiarity with export issues
