Contract Administrator to $35k+ -

Job Description: Well known property management company is actively seeking a Contract Administrator. This person will report to the VP Construction, SR Construction or Investments Officers.
You will maintain construction contracts to assist the construction and/or investment Managers in ensuring all contractual obligations are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: Track and maintain contracts' critical fates and requirements to ensure all contractual obligations are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain all contract forms, lien waver policies, departmental forms and logs, bid documents, create/modify forms as needed
Coordinate reports such as a project reimbursements, pay application logs, monthly activity reports, project sites developments costs, etc.
The right person will have outstanding priority setting, organization and time-management skills. High attention to detail and strong quantitative and analytical skills are a must.
Technical skills and knowledge:
Knowledge of contract, lease and survey terminology
Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office, email and internet research
Must have a High School Diploma and 2 to 4 years contract administration experience or equivalent
