Contract Administrators / Advisors

Our client, one of the world?s leading operating companies, is urgently looking for experienced Contract Administrators & Contracts Advisors. This position would be based at their downtown Houston office.  We need to fill these positions immediately!

 

Desired qualifications include:

? Knowledge and experience in oil and petroleum products contract preparation and negotiation

? Able to work within a global contract group as well as work effectively with other groups

? Ability to clearly and accurately set forth all contract terms that are required

? Ability to prioritize workload to effectively negotiate terms before title transfers

 

Responsibilities include:

? Promoting the project Injury and Incident Free Culture,

? Developing and implementing major project contracting plans and tender processes, negotiating and awarding large PCI contracts over US$100MM in value.

? EPCI, third party and inter-company contract administration.

? International capital project contract administration/management, including quantity surveying, amendments/changes, controls, audits and closeout. 

? Maintain documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook (email).

? Planning and organizing task utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills.

? Exhibit strong team skills and negotiation skills when working with multinational clients.

? Demonstrate effective facilitation and leadership skills. 

? Demonstrated ability to be a well-respected team member.
