This is a 5 month contract position and the pay for this position is based on a competitive market rate and interested candidates will submit their pay expectations. 

Job Description:

 

Draft and negotiate contracts for The Development Team; manage clinical trial agreements; The Contract Associate will assist in drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts and budgets for Clinical Research, Investigator Sponsored Trials, and Vendor agreements for the Development Department. Collaborate with Development project teams to meet contracting needs, ensuring a high level of customer service and partnership with both internal and external clients. Will work with other members of the Development Outsourcing and Contracts Group, as well as members of the Legal Department, Lead Clinical Trial Managers, Development Department senior management, Risk Management, and Finance.
