We are in search of a motivated self-starter to input credentialed healthcare providers’ information while assisting providers with day-to-day contracting questions. As a Contract Data Coordinator, you would load contracts into our internal system, playing an integral part in building our provider network. This is a great opportunity to gain knowledge within the industry while enjoying flexible hours and a close-knit team.

 

Primary responsibilities include:
Researching provider credentialing status
Loading contracts into the internal contracts system
Maintaining provider information
Responding to questions from the National Credentialing Center
Mailing contracts to providers
Assisting providers as needed 



A background working on an office setting is needed for this position, along with an ability to handle a high work-volume. Communication skills are essential. Prior healthcare industry experience is highly preferred, especially in a claims or provider support role. Research or analysis experience is ideal, and data processing/entry skills are a big plus. Computer proficiency is a must.
