Contract Management

We are in need of a dynamic Contract Manager. Maintain and update Contract Repository. As new contracts are completed (or current ones amended), add to repositories. * Administration and management of Client Retained Contracts * Review invoices related to Managed Contracts for accuracy and approve for payment * Review invoices associated with IT purchase orders for accuracy and cost centers and approve for payment. * Provide pricing, acquisition and support of assets for both network and locally attached devices and software deployed at all NewPage locations. * Assist in analyzing and recommending to NewPage the renegotiation, replacement, or substitution of Managed Contracts so as to improve the delivery of Services to NewPage or lower NewPage's costs for such contracts. * Manage transitions resulting from expiration or termination of software licenses, support agreements, and other similar contracts. * Assist as a team member in negotiations with Third Party Vendors * Maintenance of license records for Software, including maintenance of the license data necessary to enable NewPage to receive upgrades, enhancements refreshes, replacements and maintenance for Software as provided or made available by the applicable Third Party Vendor. * Assist in the RFI/RFP process. * Assist in the execution of supplier Value Creation Strategies. * Assist in developing fact-based negotiation strategy based on using an approved Negotiation Strategy template.
