Contract Manager for Well-Known Construction Co!

? Utilize your leadership skills to manage department and oversea processes and procedures.

? Prepare, process, and monitor contracts, contract change orders, procurement of insurance, and other docutments.

? Responsible for upholding company policies as they pertain to contracts and subcontracts.

Qualified candidates must have at least five years construction experience, AA degree or equivilent, and prior experience with construction contracts and job cost accounting.  Success in this position also requires effective written and verbal communications skills as you will be interacting with employees from all levels of the company in addition to vendors, clients, etc.  Salary $50K-$55K, plus benefits such as 100% paid medical and dental for employee, free parking, 401(K), life insurance, and vacation.  To be immediately considered for this position please submit your resume as a Word attachment to courtneyo@parkerservices.com .
