Contract Negotiator

Ciber is currently looking for a Contract Negotiator for a 1 year contract position, located in Bellevue, WA.

 

JOB DUTIES:

This position will negotiate large $$ technical contracts for relocation of incumbent spectrum users to a new spectrum, partnering with legal in the creation and execution of the contracts. Job qualification requirements include: contract negotiation, contract creation, contract execution, project management, critical thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn the technical knowledge to understand the complexity and severity of microwave systems. Some overnight travel required.

DESIRED SKILLS:Experience with negotiating microwave relocation contracts related to the PCS spectrum clearing and/or microwave engineering systems5+ years experience in contract negotiation related to telecommunicationsDegree in Business, Finance or equivalent
