Position Description:

We are currently recruiting for a contract processor. The Essential functions of this position include:



? Facilitates procedural and process change and mapping.
? Expedites the acceptance of completed contracts.
? Processes contracts from receipt to Contract Administration to implementation release (including account setup, commercial review, financial review, license review and order entry).
? Communicates and coordinates contract status and issues with internal customers.
? Implements and insures compliance for all assigned contract projects.
? Contributes to the documentation of policies and procedures for contract processing.
? Maintains contract status reporting tools.
? Responds to internal email and phone requests for contract research.
? Conducts margin analysis reporting.
? Supports the Misys Purpose in achieving Peak Performance.
? All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

? Ability to command respect and affect change towards defined goals.
? Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experienced in processing contracts from receipt to implementation release (including account setup, commercial review, financial review, license review and order entry) is preferred.
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Strong customer service orientation.
? Self motivated and independent / self directed worker
Available to work overtime at month end


TRAINING and EXPERIENCE

? College degree or combination of education and applicable experience.
? Experience in contract management and process required.
? Proficiencies in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (any specific physical attributes or limiting factors to be accounted for):

Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards; substantial time is spent working on a computer.
