Position Title: Contractor Administrator

Job Description:

This position is responsible for negotiation, administration, and maintenance of a

Nation-wide subcontractor database and their master files. This position is also responsible for the administration of all contractor processes including creating, entering, updating, and modifying of the sub-contractors information of the accounting system.


Essential Skills:

* Locate subcontractors willing to perform service and install for Certicom security in time critical situations and in areas of need.

* Establish and Maintain relationships with sub-contractors.

* Negotiate pricing with sub-contractors for regular and emergency service as well as trip charges and parts.

* Review all sub-contractors contracts to determine proper licensing, and update sub-contractor database.

* Review sub-contractor database for accuracy and update as necessary.

* Highlight risks and document suggested changes and clarifications for appropriate Managerial review.
* Correspond with contracting company to request necessary changes and modifications to meet licensing requirements.

* Perform negotiations for signing on new contractors and concerning changes on existing contractors.
* Tracks contracts to ensure executed copies are completed and filed in the appropriate job files.
