Contracts Coordinator

National Human Resource Management Services Company located in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to support the Contracts Department. 

 

Job duties include:

 

*  Support the Contracts Dept. in all areas

*  Assist in the contract execution process, including forwarding executed contracts to specific recipients as required and maintain organized files

*  Maintain SOP's for the various areas of contract management

*  Assist and maintain contract related projects

*  Draft/send correspondence to various clients, project based tasks

*  Assist with custom and ad hoc report generation

*  Perform clerical duties

 

Requirements:

 

*  Minimum 2 yrs. business experience

*  Strong administrative and organizational skills

*  Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite

*  Strong and accurate data entry skills (alpha & numeric)

*  Excellent verbal and written skills
