Help Festiva Resorts be a leader in the Real Estate industry by acting as the Contracts Processor who maintains customer files; establishes, updates, and secures files; maintains file quality; tests data processing; resolves errors with files.

Qualifications

Efficiently operates terminal and enters data.

Types proficiently.

Familiarity with basic word processing features, including formatting pages, modifying document templates, and creating tables.


Uses multiple resources, quantitative, and qualitative research methodologies to capture and interpret information.

Familiarity with the terminology used in the data processing field.

Pays attention to detail. Approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner.

Can be trusted to keep sensitive information secure.

Able to work efficiently with minimal guidance or supervision.

Conscious of need to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company values.

Conscientiously and methodically approaches work. Sees tasks through to completion.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
