Professional Contracts Administrator - San Diego, CA

Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions:
Cradle to grave contract administration. Responsibilities include: Reviewing, preparing and negotiating Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontract Agreements, Cost Proposal Terms and Conditions to ensure compliance with CSC and Customer/Client requirements. Daily Administration of Contracts, Delievery Orders and Task Orders. Input and support for multiple CSC databases. Strong understanding of pricing and pricing principles.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with three (3) to five (5) years professional contracts experience in Engineering and Professional Services. Candidate should have good working knowledge of FAR/DFAR and various Contract and Proposal types. Ability to work well and communicate with both internal and external customers. Strong command of MS Word, Excel and Lotus Notes
