We are seeking a Control Center Operations Supervisor for a Traffic Management Center within Southeast Florida. Successful candidate should have a minimum of five years of related experience. Must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish (i.e., verbal and written.

A Bachelors' Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or the equivalent of five (5) years of experience in the operations of a facility similar to a traffic management center is required.
It is desirable for the candidate to have an understanding of intelligent transportation systems and traffic engineering principles. Must have good leadership, conflict resolution and communication skills and have an excellent understanding of key management concepts.

Create project schedules in Microsoft Windows applications. Ability to clearly communicate technical information in layman's terms. Ability to work alternate schedules and be on-call 24hours/day. Skill in the use of all Windows operating system. Ability to write technical reports and correspondence. Ability to coordinate real time activities and priorities. Direct experience with the day-to-day operations of a similar center.

Starting salary range $60,000 - $70,000.
