Copy Center Representative

IKON currently has an opening for a Copy Center Representative to work at a customer site located in downtown St. Louis, MO. The hours are 9:30a.m. to 6:30p.m. Monday through Friday.

This position will be responsible for all or some of the following responsibilities: copy, mail, receptionist, hospitality, and shipping services. Will also be responsible for answering phones and providing customer service.

Primary Duties include:
Provide outstanding customer service via the phone and in person
Pick-up, sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail
Operate large volume duplication equipment
Perform job finishing and quality control
Pack and prepare boxes for shipping
Maintain accurate records and logs in an organized manner
Interpret written instructions on Copy Instruction forms for accurate completion of copy jobs
Maintain copier, add paper, toner and staples, clean glass, clear paper jams and obtain supplies

Other Requirements include:
A basic knowledge of MS Office and e-mail
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Experience in dealing with highly stressful situations

The ideal candidate will possess prior customer service experience and an excellent work history. Must have the ability to multitask, take initiative, and be a team player.

Requires high school diploma or GED. Previous copy center/mail room experience preferred but not required.
