Copy/Mailroom Site Manager

Pacific Office Automation has been in business since 1976 and is one of the largest independently owned document imaging dealers in the nation.  We have 13 branch offices in Washington, Oregon, Arizona and Utah.  Our growth has created an opportunity for a Copy Center/Mailroom  Site Manager.

 

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage people.  The successful candidate will need to exhibit objective decision-making, problem solving and customer service skills.

 

Responsibilities include:

 Organize all mailroom activitiesManage and organize large projectsCoordinate service and maintenance of all equipmentSupervise copy center and mailroom staff, deal with personnel issuesBuild positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, clients and employees Maintain quality of work while meeting crucial deadlines

 

Requirements:Excellent customer service skillsExperience in leadership/management of similar environmentCreative and aggressive work ethic
