Purpose:

Responsible for administrative duties relating to the Corporate Sales Department: generate sales volume, administrative fee and tracking reports; maintain contract pricing files and membership information; process GPO Letters of Commitment; assist with completion of Requests for Proposal; etc.  Functions as the internal contact for contracted customers fielding administrative-related questions and supporting efforts of corporate sales department.

 

Primary Responsibility:

?  Generate and analyze sales reports for GPO?s and IDN?s in order to assist efforts associated with negotiating profitable contracts with existing and potential customers.

?  Generate monthly and/or quarterly sales reports for existing contracted accounts to track compliance and pay administrative fees.

?  Maintain and update all Group membership files as well as process Letters of Commitment to ensure end user customers are attached to the appropriate contracts and pricing tiers.

?  Assist with the completion of Requests for Proposal.

?  Maintain complete and up-to-date files on all contracted GPO?s and IDN?s.

?  Function as the internal contact for all contracted customers fielding administrative-related questions and supporting efforts of Corporate Sales team.

?  Other related tasks and projects as requested.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

? BS or BA in business or marketing desired but not required.

?  Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability.

?  Should be able to perform responsibilities with moderate supervision.  Is expected to be self-motivated and sufficiently experienced to determine priorities and actions required for successful completion.

?  Must be computer literature with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

?  Must be high energy and function well in a team environment.
