Ability to work independently in a high paced, high volume environmentDetail Oriented Computer experience with MS Word & Excel with the ability to operate standard office equipmentGood data entry skills with ability to prioritize & multi-taskExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to manage high volume under strict deadlinesHigh school Diploma or GED required.Prior banking, legal or customer service experiences a plus!
The position?s functions include:
Sort incoming mail including garnishment answers, lines, and court correspondence, summons returns, marshal/sheriff correspondence and court refund checks.Process summons being issued for service and being returned from servers.Process garnishments being issued for service.Input garnishment answers, lien information, and detailed notes.Input data received from marshals/sheriffs and courts.Review SPS/SHF Service invoices.Other duties as assigned.
